在我国经济总量快速增长的大背景下,环境质量成为人民迫切关注的问题,怎样应对目前在经济发展过程中逐渐凸显的环境污染问题成为当前每个行业在发展中的考虑因素,所以采用行之有效的环境监测手段就显得尤为重要,先进的技术是我国能够科学、合理、高效地进行环境监督管理的基础,在多年来有关单位坚持不懈的努力之下,我国的环境监测不仅初具规模,更建设了一套具有中国特色的环境监测的系统和技术,这些都为我国今后在环境监测方面的发展起到了一定基石性的作用。
