运用QC方法降低湿法硫磺成型机下料阀堵塞频率

中国石化达州天然气净化有限公司普光天然气净化厂运用美国DEVCOⅡ型湿法硫磺成型工艺,对液硫进行转固生产。但在长期生产过程中,液硫在成型罐内易结块,堵塞成型机下料阀,严重影响正常生产。运用QC方法,查找引起下料阀堵塞的原因,并展开技术攻关,解决成型机下料阀堵塞问题。
