摘要
从目前国内原油集输情况来看,由于我国各采油区块生产出的原油采出液大多为易凝高粘含蜡原油乳状液,因此油气水混输的集输方式已成为油田集输的主要输送方式。油水混合物在井口、机泵和节流阀等处受到高速剪切易形成乳状液。乳状液流变性非常依赖其形成的条件,并且由于分散相液滴的存在以及其与蜡晶的相互作用的两大因素影响,其流变特征比原油更加复杂。文章着重探讨含水率与原油乳状液稳定性关系。
At present,crude oil gathering and transportation situation,due to the various blocks produced crude oil produced fluids are mostly easy to pour viscosity of waxy crude oil emulsion,so gas-water mixed transportation of oil has become a way of gathering set the main transport mode of transport.The mixture of oil and water at the wellhead,pump and throttle valve,etc.subject to high shear is easy to form an emulsion.Milky sap flow variability is very dependent on the conditions of its formation,and because of the presence of dispersed droplets of the two factors and their interaction with the wax crystals influence rheological characteristics more complex than crude oil.This article focuses on the relationship between the stability of the emulsion water content of crude oil.
