摘要
对国内外承压设备缺陷安全评定技术发展现状与动态进行了分析,并以某化工装置为例,对在用工业管道全面检验中发现的气孔超标缺陷按GB/T 19624《在用含缺陷压力容器安全评定》标准进行评定,给出评定的方法和步骤。建议在《在用工业管道定期检验规程》修订时,对一些疸管道,例如腐蚀、无疲劳等疸管道,合理放松对于接焊缝非深孔型气孔缺陷的评估,最大限度减少单位停机时间,降低运行的成本。
