民用爆破器材企业生产安全管理浅析

民用爆破器材是工业基础也是另外一种能源,在铁路、水电、公路等方面起着十分重要的作用。然而,民用爆破器材在生产和应用的同时也会给生产者和使用者带来很大的安全隐患,因此对民用爆破器材在生产时的规范化管理是其优质发展的关键所在。对民用爆破器材发展的现状进行了分析,对我国民用爆破器材在发展时所存在的问题进行了探讨,针对以上问题,提出了企业生产时的安全管理模式,以将民用爆破器材企业生产风险降到最低。

Civilian blasting equipment industry is also the basis for another kind of energy,plays a very important role in railway, water and electricity,roads and other aspects of the role.However,civilian blasting equipment,while production and application will give producers and users a great deal of security risks,so the civil explosive materials in the production of standardized quality management is the key to its development.In this paper,the status of civilian blasting equipment development are analyzed,on China’s civil explosive materials in the development of the problems were discussed for the above problem,a safety management model production time,to civilian blasting equipment production risk minimum.
