环境执法在具体执法实践中存在的问题和提高环保执法能力的对策

伴随着经济的快速发展,高能耗、高排放也随着增加,面对越来越严峻的环境问题,环境执法工作也迎来了新的挑战。现阶段,我国关于环境执法方面的法规和制度也在不断的完善中,然而,实际的环境执法工作还面临很多现实的问题,如何提升环境执法的能力,从根本上解决环境执法中存在的问题,成为环境执法部门必须研究的重要课题。针对现阶段环境执法工作所面临的主要问题进行研究和探讨,并提出了如何提高环保执法能力的有效对策,以供参考。

With the rapid economic development,high energy consumption,high emissions increases,the face of increasingly serious environmental problems,environmental enforcement work has also ushered in new challenges.At this stage,our rules and regulations on environmental enforcement is also in constant improvement,however,the actual enforcement of environmental laws also face many practical problems,so how to improve the ability of environmental enforcement,environmental law enforcement exists a fundamental solution to the issue has become an important subject of environmental law enforcement must be studied.In this paper,the main problems faced by law enforcement stage environment for research and discussion,and suggestions on how to improve the ability of law enforcement and environmental protection effective countermeasures for reference.
