基于FEM理论和ANSYS软件对加强圈对外压圆筒临界失稳压力的影响分析

The Strengthening of the External Ring Pressure Cylinder Critical Pressure Impact Analysis Based on Fem Theory and Ansys Software

摘要 为增强容器的刚性和稳定性而固定于容器的内侧或外侧的环状构件称为加强圈。在外压容器设计中,有无加强圈以及加强圈的大小、形状与圆筒临界失稳压力有着密切的关系。以有限单元分析法(FEM)为基础,应用ANSYS软件对加强圈对外压圆筒临界失稳压力的影响进行量化分析。 In order to enhance the rigidity and stability of the container is fixed to the annular member inside or outside of the container called stiffening ring.External pressure vessel design,with or without stiffening ring and the size of the stiffening ring,the cylindrical shape of the critical buckling pressure is closely related.Finite element analysis(FEM)based on application of ANSYS software to enhance the impact of external pressure cylinder ring critical buckling pressure of quantitative analysis.
