摘要
目的探讨T2DM患者血清中Wnt5a水平及其与FPG等相关影响因素的关系。方法收集新诊断T2DM患者60例,另选取同期健康体检者(NC组)58名。ELISA检测两组血清Wnt5a水平,并分析Wnt5a与T2DM的相关性。结果与NC组比较,T2DM组年龄、BMI、SBP、FPG、HbA_1c、TG、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)和Wnt5a水平升高,HDL-C、FFA降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。Pearson相关分析显示,血清Wnt5a与BMI呈正相关(r=0.382,P=0.003);Spearman相关分析结果显示,Wnt5a与FPG、HbA_1c、TG呈正相关(r=0.401、0.425、0.300,P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,年龄、HbA_1c、TG是影响Wnt5a的相关因素。结论 Wnt5a在T2DM患者血清中升高且与HbA_1c呈正相关,提示Wnt5a与IR发生密切相关,可能参与了T2DM发生与发展。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum Wnt5a and fasting plasma glucose (FPG) in patients with type 2 diabetes (T2DM). Methods A total of 118 subjects were enrolled in this study, and divided into two groups:newly diagnosed patients with T2DM (T2DM group,n: 60) and control group (NC group,n:58). Serum Wnt5a level was tested by ELISA. Influencing factors for Wnt5a were analyzed. Results Age,BMI,SBP,FPG, HbAlc,TG,ApoB and Wnt5a were significantly higher in T2DM group than in NC group (P〈0.05). However, HDL-C and FFA were significantly lower in T2DM group than in NC group(P〈0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum Wnt5a was positively associated with BMI(r=0. 382,P=0. 003). Spearman correlation analysis demonstrated that Wnt5a level was positively associated with FPG, HbA1 c and TG (r = 0. 401,0. 425, 0. 300, P 〈 0.05). Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that age, HbA1 c and TG were independent relative factors for Wnt5a. Conclusion Serum Wnt5a levels increase in T2DM subjects and are positively associated with HbA1 c. Wnt5a may have a close correlation with IR, and it may involve in the development of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
