摘要
锌α2糖蛋白(ZAG)是一种新型脂肪细胞因子,存在于人体血浆及多种体液中。最初认为,ZAG参与肥胖、脂代谢调节,近年发现,ZAG与T2DM关系密切。ZAG可通过增加IS、提高组织葡萄糖代谢率、结合β3肾上腺素受体等机制发挥抗糖尿病作用。探讨ZAG与T2DM的相关性,有助于为T2DM的早期干预和治疗提供新思路。
Zinc-alpha 2-glyeoprotein (ZAG) is a novel adipocytokines, and presents in human plasma and many other body fluids. ZAG was shown to participate in obesity and lipid metabolism regulation in previous studies. But recent researches have found that ZAG is significantly associated with type 2 diabetes mellitus. ZAG has antidiabetic properties with a possible mechanisms of improving insulin sensitivity, increasing glucose metabolic rate in tissues, and binding to β3-adrenergic receptors. A thorough research on the relationship between ZAG and type 2 diabetes mellitus may provide a new idea for the early prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
