摘要
1912年,川岛浪速等人策划所谓"第一次满蒙独立运动",利用部分内蒙古王公中的政治分离势力,为其筹借经费、运送武器,企图策动内蒙古"独立"。此次"运动"由于中国政府的积极应对和日本政府态度的转变而最终流产。
In the year 1912, considering ＂The first Mongolian independence movement＂ , Kawashima naniwa and others utilized parts political separation of the princes of Inner Mongolia to borrow funds and transport weapons, attempting to incite the independence of Mongolia. This movement was ended without warning due to the active reply of Chinese government and the change of Japanese government＇ s attitude.
