摘要
以杭州市正在运行的4座生活垃圾焚烧厂飞灰作为研究对象,实验测出其重金属浸出毒性;了解焚烧飞灰中重金属超标项目、浓度及不同炉型飞灰重金属的含量差别;研究分析循环流化床与机械炉排炉焚烧飞灰重金属含量不同的原因;结合杭州市焚烧飞灰的特性,提出现阶段适合杭州市焚烧飞灰的处置方式。
The characteristics of municipal solid waste incineration(MSWI)fly ash in four running MSWI plants in Hangzhou were investigated. Its leaching toxicity of heavy metals was determined. Results showed the items,the concentrations of heavy metals in excess of the standards and the differences of different furnace types on the contents of heavy metals. The reason that the contents of heavy metals in the MSWI fly ash were different in circulating fluidized bed and mechanical grate furnaces was also investigated. Suitable methods of disposing the MSWI fly ash in Hangzhou at the present stage have been proposed based on the characteristics of Hangzhou MSWI fly ash.
