摘要
介绍了大型机械炉排炉概况及技术风险,着重指出了热膨胀风险,给出了正常运行情况下的膨胀量计算方法,并提出了膨胀补偿解决方案;结合实际提出了一种适用于垃圾焚烧大型机械炉排的膨胀补偿结构,该结构在有效补偿整体结构的膨胀同时,还能防止膨胀缝的渗沥液渗漏,并配以风冷防止补偿结构的烧损,且安装简便,易于拆装。
We introduced the general situation and technical risks of large-scale mechanical grate waste incinerator,emphasized the risk of thermal expansion and gave the calculating method of expansion volume under normal operation. We also put forward the solution of expansion compensation. According to the actual conditions,an expansion compensation structure in large-scale mechanical grate waste incinerator was given. The structure could absorb the whole thermal expansion effectively,at the same time it also could prevent leakage of leachate from the joint. By air cooling,the structure was well protected from burning. It was also easy to assemble and disassemble.
