[目的/意义]探讨公安情报部门如何通过情报需求优先次序提高情报工作水平。[方法/过程]从情报需求分析的必要性出发,探讨公安情报优先次序的概念和特点,提出公安情报需求优先次序评定方法。[结果/结论]公安情报需求优先次序排列,既是大数据时代对公安情报搜集工作的要求,也是打击各类新型犯罪活动的需要;公安情报需求优先次序评定方法分为基于威胁主体、基于情报层级、基于时间限度3种;公安情报需求优先次序具有提高公安情报搜集效率、丰富公安情报共享方式、促进公安情报工作转型的作用。

[Purpose/significance] The paper is to discuss public security department how to use priorities of intelligence demands to improve level of public security intelligence work. [Method/process] The paper starts from necessity of information requirements analysis, discusses concept and characteristics of public security intelligence priorities, and proposes evaluation methods of it. [Result/conclusion] Priorities arrangement of public security intelligence demands is the big data era＇s request for public security intelligence collecting, and the requirement to fight all kinds of new crimes; evaluation methods of priorities of public security intelligence demands include threat mainbody-based, intelligence hierarchy-based and time limit-based; priorities of public security intelligence demands can improve efficiency of public security intelligence collecting, rich sharing modes of public security intelligence, and promote transformation of public security intelligence work.
