乳化沥青是水泥沥青砂浆(cement asphalt mortar,以下称CA砂浆)的主要组成部分,主要由基质沥青和乳化剂、水及稳定剂组成。乳液的稳定性是影响乳化沥青性能的重要因素,研究以辽河石化生产的90#沥青为基质,系统考察了乳化剂复配比例、乳化剂加入量、稳定剂加入量和温度对储存稳定性的影响,并且分析了乳化沥青稳定性的微观机理。研究结果表明,Zeta电位与乳液的储存稳定性具有一定的相关性,Zeta电位绝对值越大则乳状液越稳定。通过研究,还确定了用于CRTS I型CA砂浆乳化沥青的制备条件。
Emulsified asphalt is the essential component of CA mortar, which is mainly composed of matrix asphalt, emulsifier, water and stabilizer. Stability of the emulsification is an important factor affecting the performance of emulsified asphalt. In this paper, 90# asphalt from Liaohe Petrochemieal Branch Company was used as matrix asphalt. The influence of the emulsifier mixed proportion, emulsifier amount, the stabilizer and temperature on the stability of emulsification was studied systemically. And the microcosmic mechanism of the stability of emulsified asphalt was analyzed. The results show that the storage stability and Zeta potential have some relevance: the larger Zeta potential, the more stable emulsion. Also, the preparation conditions are i- dentified for CRTS I CA mortar emulsified asphalt in this paper.
