摘要
某石化公司改性沥青装置具有强感温性能、易冻凝、结焦的介质特性,生产过程中的加热、冷却、伴热和泵输送均存在大量能耗。装置综合运用了诸多节能降耗措施:利用导热油热载体加热和降温;变频调速技术节约电能;电伴热技术代替蒸汽伴热;使用导热胶泥技术,提高传热效率,缩短生产周期。结果说明,使用这些技术,节能效果明显。
The modified asphalt unit of one petrochemical company has strong temperature susceptibility, easy to coagulate and coke. There is a lot of energy consumption during the production process of heating, cooling, tracing and pumping. The unit integrated uses a variety of measures : using the heat - conduction oil to heat and cool; saving electric energy by using frequency control technology; using electric heat tracing technology instead of steam tracing; using heat transfer cement to improve the heat transfer efficiency and shorten production cycle. The energy saving efficiency is obvious improved after using these measures.
