低分子肝素在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期合并呼吸衰竭的治疗作用

Effect of low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of acute exacerbation combined with respiratory failure of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的探讨研究低分子肝素对于慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期合并呼吸衰竭患者的临床治疗效果。方法将我院收治的100例该类患者作为研究对象并予以分组,对照组50例均予以常规治疗,研究组则同时加用低分子肝素皮下注射。将两组临床效果进行对比。结果研究组临床治疗有效率高达92.00%,明显超过对照组的66.00%(P<0.05);研究组平均住院时间明显少于对照组;其完成治疗后凝血功能改善情况以及D-二聚体降低水平均明显超过对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用低分子肝素针对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期合并呼吸衰竭患者实施治疗,可以取得显著的效果,能够有效缓解患者病情同时减轻其炎性反应,对于控制病情进展具有积极作用,具有极大的推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation combined with respiratory failure of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 100 cases of this kind of patients cured in our hospital were selected as the study objects and were divided into two groups with 50 cases in each.Patients in control group were treated with routing therapy,and patients in study group were treated with subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin on the basis of routine therapy.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results Clinical treatment efficiency of study group was up to 92.00%,which was significantly higher than that of control group with 66.0%（P〈0.05）.Average length of stay of study group was significantly less than that of control group.Improvement of coagulation function and D-two polymer reduction level after completing the therapy of study group were significantly better than those of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of acute exacerbation combined with respiratory failure of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can achieve significant results,and it can effectively alleviate the patient＇s condition and reduce the inflammatory reaction.It has a positive effect on the control of disease progression,and it has great popularization and application value.
