盐酸氨溴索与多巴胺联合治疗感染性肺炎新生儿的疗效及预后分析

Efficacy and prognostic analysis of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with dopamine in the treatment of neonatal infectious pneumonia

目的研究盐酸氨溴索与多巴胺联合治疗感染性肺炎新生儿的疗效及预后分析。方法回顾性分析我院2013年1月~2014年12月收治的感染性肺炎新生儿患儿122例,对照组61例采用常规的抗感染治疗措施,观察组61例在对照组治疗的基础上联合使用盐酸氨溴索进行治疗,观察两组患者的疗效以及预后情况。结果对比两组患儿治疗的有效率,观察组要明显比对照组高;对比两组患儿各项主要症状消失时间,观察组均要明显短于对照组;治疗前两组患儿血气指标无明显差异,治疗后观察组患儿的不良反应要明显低于对照组,以上差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对于新生儿感染性肺炎患儿,采取盐酸氨溴索联合多巴胺治疗具有十分显著的疗效,能明显改善患者的各项症状,具有较好的预后,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the efficacy and prognostic analysis of ambroxol combined with dopamine in the treatment of neonatal infectious pneumonia. Methods 122 cases of newborn babies with neonatal infectious pneumonia cured in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were retrospective analyzed. They were divided into control group and observation group with 61 cases in each. Conventional anti-infection treatment was used in control group. Conventional anti-infection treatment combined with ambroxol treatment was used in observation group. Efficacy and prognosis of the two groups were compared. Results Compared the treatment effectiveness of the two groups, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group. Compared disappearance time of main symptoms of the two groups, the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group. There was no significant difference in blood gas indexes between the two groups before treatment. Adverse reactions in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group. All the above differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For newborn babies with neonatal infectious pneumonia, the method of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with dopamine had a significant curative effect.It could significantly improve the patient＇s symptoms. It had a good prognosis.It was worth promoting the application.
