儿科静脉留置针应用问题分析与对策

Analysis and countermeasure on application of pediatric intravenous catheter needle

目的分析小儿的护理与治疗中应用静脉留置针的问题,并对其临床应用的效果进行观察。方法选取自2013年2月~2015年2月间在我院进行治疗的需要输液的患儿共计1000例,按照穿刺方法不同将患儿分为对照组与观察组,对照组500例患儿采用普通穿刺的方式,观察组500例患儿则应用静脉留置针,由护理人员对两组患儿提供无差别的优质护理服务,并对其临床的治疗效果进行观察与对比。结果观察组患儿穿刺成功率明显高于对照组,且比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组静脉留置针应用过程中皮肤损伤、脱管发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患儿家属对护理满意度为（96.00%）,明显高于对照组（77.0%）,且两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组发生静脉炎2例、外渗1例、堵管0例。对照组发生静脉炎24例、外渗48例、堵管17例。且两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在对小儿的临床护理与治疗中应用静脉留置针能够获得十分理想的临床治疗效果,并明显地提高家长的满意程度,值得在临床中对其进行应用并推广。

Objective To explore the application of pediatric intravenous catheter needle in the nursing and treatment of children,and to observe its clinical application effect. Methods 1000 cases of children with infusion cured in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different puncture methods with 500 cases in each.Children in control group were treated with ordinary puncture method,and children in observation group were treated with intravenous catheter needle.Undifferentiated quality care was provided by nurses to children of the two groups.Clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed and compared. Results Puncture success rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Skin injury and tube removal rate during the application of intravenous catheter needle of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Nursing satisfaction degree of family members in observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than that of control group with 77.0%,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There were 2 cases of phlebitis,1 case of extravasation,0 case of plugging occurred in observation group.Meanwhile,there were 24 cases of phlebitis,48 cases of extravasation,17 cases of plugging occurred in control group.And the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of intravenous catheter needle in clinical nursing and treatment of children can get a very good clinical treatment effect,and it can obviously improve the satisfaction of parents.It is worthy of applying and popularizing in clinical.
