无缝隙优质护理应用于急性酒精中毒患者的效果评价

Effect evaluation of seamless high quality nursing in patients with acute alcohol poisoning

目的研究并探讨无缝隙优质护理应用于急性酒精中毒患者中的临床效果。方法于2014年3月~2016年3月,选取100例急性酒精中毒患者作为此次研究的对象,采取计算机随机抽取法将这100例患者随机分为对照组、观察组,每组50例。所有患者均接受急诊常规治疗,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施无缝隙优质护理。结果观察组的治疗依从性、护理满意度分别为86%、82%,较之对照组的64%、62%,均明显更高（χ~2=6.453、4.960,P=0.011、0.026）。与对照组相比,观察组的积极应对评分明显更高（t=7.074,P=0.000）,消极应对评分明显更低（t=6.686,P=0.000）。结论在急性酒精中毒的护理过程中,实施无缝隙优质护理可有效提高患者的治疗依从性和护理满意度。

Objective To study and discuss the clinical effect of seamless high quality nursing in patients with acute alcoholism. Methods In March 2014 to March 2016, 100 cases of acute alcohol poisoning patients were selected as the research object, the 100 cases of patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by taking the computer randomly method, each group had 50 cases. All patients received emergency treatment, the control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given seamless quality care which based on the routine nursing care. Results The treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were 86% and 82%, compared with the control group which were 64% and 62%, were significantly higher（χ~2=6.453,4.960, P=0.011,0.026）. Compared with the control group, the positive coping score of the observation group was significantly higher（t=7.074, P=0.000）, the negative coping score was significantly lower（t=6.686, P=0.000）. Conclusion In acute alcohol poisoning of the nursing process, the implementation of seamless quality nursing care can effectively improve the patients＇ treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction.
