电针加牵引对腰椎间盘突出所致坐骨神经痛患者疼痛及运动功能的影响效果分析

Analysis of effect of acusector combined with traction on pain and motor function of patients with sciatica caused by lumbar disc herniation

目的探讨在腰椎间盘突出所致坐骨神经痛患者中应用电针加牵引治疗,对疼痛及运动功能的影响效果。方法选择我科收治的118例腰椎间盘突出所致坐骨神经痛患者,将所有患者分为两组,即观察组予以电针联合牵引治疗,对照组予以西药治疗,每组各59例。观察两组患者治疗前（T0）以及治疗后1个月（T1）、3个月（T2）疼痛及运动功能恢复情况,并判定安全性。结果与对照组比较,观察组在T0时间段的Vas LP评分、Roland得分、以及T0~2时间段的Likert得分,均无统计学差异（P〉0.05）,在T1时间段Vas LP评分、Roland得分增加明显,在T2时间段则均降低明显,差异可见统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组发现不良反应6例（10.2%）,对照组发生8例（13.6%）,观察组的不良反应发生率虽低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论在腰椎间盘突出所致坐骨神经痛患者患者中予以电针加牵引治疗,起效慢于西药,但远期对于疼痛及运动功能改善较佳。

Objective To discuss the effect of acusector combined with traction on pain and motor function of patients with sciatica caused by lumbar disc herniation. Methods 118 patients with sciatica caused by lumbar disc herniation cured in our hospital were selected as the research objects and evenly divided into 2 groups, i.e. the observation group and the control group with 59 cases in each. Patients in the observation group were treated with acusector combined with traction, whereas patients in the control group were treated with western medicine. Pain and motor function recovery of patients in both groups before treatment（T0） and 1 month（T1） and 3 months（T2） after treatment were observed, and treatment safety were judged. Results Vas LP and Roland scores at T0 and Likert scores at T0-2 were not significantly different between both groups（P〉0.05）. Vas LP and Roland scores at T1 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, but these two scores at T2 in the observation group were markedly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. There were 6 cases of untoward effect（10.2%） in the observation group, and 8 cases（13.6%） in the control group with no significant differences between both groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Compared with western medicine, acusector combined with traction in treatment of patients with sciatica caused by lumbar disc herniation takes a longer time to take effect, but it is more helpful in improving pain and motor function in the long run.
