枸橼酸盐透析液的临床研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 随着我国血液透析患者逐年增多,对透析液成份的研究日益加深。目前使用的透析液多以碳酸氢盐作为缓冲液提供碱基,但是为了维持透析液的化学稳定性,加入一定量的醋酸盐。即使是小剂量的醋酸盐依旧与许多透析相关并发症有关,如刺激机体释放多种炎症因子、导致慢性高磷血症等[1]。
