游离腓动脉穿支皮瓣修复口腔颌面部缺损的临床应用

The free peroneal artery perforator flap for repairing oral and maxillofacial defect

目的探讨应用游离腓动脉穿支皮瓣修复口腔颌面部缺损的方法及临床效果。方法回顾分析本科2014年6月-2016年3月我科采用游离腓动脉穿支皮瓣游离移植修复10例口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤术后缺损的病例资料,皮瓣切取面积为3.0cm×4.0cm-4.0cm×8.0cm。结果 10例皮瓣全部移植成活,无1例发生血管危象,术后效果满意,供区无明显后遗症。结论游离腓动脉穿支皮瓣血管解剖恒定,血运可靠,对供区影响小,皮瓣厚薄适中,制取简单、方便,是修复口腔颌面部肿瘤术后缺损的理想皮瓣。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and method of free peroneal artery perforator flap for reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial defects. Methods Cinical data with 10 cases of oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor after operation defect cases repair the free peroneal artery perforator flap transplantation were reviewed,the cutting area of flap was 3cm＆#215;4cm-4cm＆#215;8cm. Results All the 10 flaps survived,the effect was satisfied,and the donor site had no obvious sequelae. Conclusion Free peroneal artery perforator flap has a constant vascular anatomy,reliable blood supply,small impact on the donor area,simple and convenient preparation of the skin flap thickness,it is an ideal flap for repairing the postoperative defect of oral and maxillofacial tumor.
