摘要
目的探讨过敏性紫癜(Henoch-schonlein purpura,HSP)患儿血清白介素(Interleukin,IL)-6、IL-8、IL-10、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)及免疫球蛋白A(Immunoglobulin A,Ig A)的表达及临床意义。方法选取2013年7月至2014年2月首次住院过敏性紫癜患儿40例,按照尿液分析、尿微量白蛋白、24h尿蛋白定量结果分为尿检正常组25例及紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)组15例,同时期年龄与性别相匹配的门诊健康体检者20例为对照组。采用ELISA检测血清IL-6、IL-8、IL-10及TNF-α的水平,采用全自动生化分析仪检测血清Ig A的水平,并进行统计学分析。结果 HSPN组及尿检正常组血清IL-6、TNF-α及Ig A均高于正常对照组,HSPN组血清IL-6、TNF-α及Ig A均高于尿检正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各组IL-8及IL-10水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 IL-6、TNF-α及Ig A可能参与HSP及HSPN的发病。
Objective To explore significance serum Interleukin-6(IL-6),IL-8,IL-10,Tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)and Immunoglobulin A (IgA) level of Children affected by Henoch-Schonlein puroura (HSP). Methods Select 40 the first time hospi-talized HSP children from July 2013 to February 2014,which were divided into two groups on the basis of urialysis,urinary albu-min and 24-hour urinary protein containing 25 cases of urinalysis normal group,and 15 cases of allergic purpura (HSPN) group. The control group is selected from 20 healthy children with the same age and gender. ELISA was employed to determine the val-ues of serum IL-6、IL-8、IL-10 and TNF-α level,automatic biochemical analyzer was employed to determine the value of serum IgA,and all data were analyzed. Results Serum IL-6、TNF-αand IgA level of HSPN group and urinalysis normal group were sig-nificantly higher than nomal control group,serum IL-6、TNF-αand IgA level of HSPN group were significantly higher than urinal-ysis normal group,such deviations were of statistical significance (P〈0.05);Serum IL-8 and IL-10 level of each group were not of statistical significance (P〉0.05). Conclusion IL-6、TNF-αand IgA probably be involved in the pathogenesis of HSP and HSPN.
