摘要
教师是从事教育教学活动的主体,教师权威是保持教育教学秩序,完成教育教学任务的必要条件,对学生创新能力的形成具有重要影响,是研究学生创新能力必须重视的影响因素。本研究运用多元线性回归对高校教师权威与大学生创新能力的内在规律进行研究,分析高校教师权威对大学生创新能力的影响作用。结果表明:教师权威对学生创新能力的发展有显著帮助,教师权威发挥得越充分,学生的创新能力就能得到更大的提升。本科学生在专业学习期间所建构的知识体系和人格特征对其创新成果的产出有显著影响。因此,作者认为可以通过教师发挥感召权威、强化法定权威和传统权威、增强专业权威等途径,发挥教师在学生培养创新能力和开展创新活动中的角色和作用。
Engaged in educational activities, teachers have an important influence on the formation of students, innovative ability. The authority of teachers is the essential prerequisite to the keeping of teaching order and fulfillment of educational aim. They are factors affecting students' creative ability that must be given attention. In this study, questionnaire survey, multiple linear regression is used to research the inherent law of university students' creative ability and teachers' authority, and analyze the influence of the authority of teachers on the originality of students. The results show that: the authority of teachers can develop students" creative ability. The more the authority of teachers play, the greater students" ability of innovation increase. Knowledge and personality characteristics of undergraduate students during their professional learning has a significant impact on its output innovations. Therefore, the study suggests that teachers should play a role in fostering the innovation of the students by exerting the influence authority, strengthening the legal authority and traditional authorities, and enhancing the professional authority.
