摘要
针对当前大学生创新教育的现状,以及社会发展对创新型人才的迫切需求。从创新教育的含义出发,分析了大学生创新能力的状况,并指出导致该状况的相应影响因素。对此,基于TRIZ理论的各学科间交叉融合发展,以及为创造发明提供创新原理思路的理念,提出了相应的增强大学生创新能力的方法和措施,并制定出基于TRIZ理论的创新型人才培养模式,将该模式应用于创新实践教学中,对于创新型人才的培养具有重要的指导意义。
Based on the status quo of college students' innovation education and the society's urgent demand for innovative talents, this paper, started by introducing the meaning of innovative education, analyzed the status of college students' innovation ability, and pointed out the co-related influencing factors. Since TRIZ theory can promote the disciplinary crossing and integration, the paper provides innovative principle for innovations and inventions, puts forward pertinent methods and measures for enhancing colleges students' innovation ability and formulatesinnovative talent cultivation mode based on the TRIZ theory, it will be of great significance for guiding the cultivation of innovative talents to apply this mode to the innovative practice teaching.
