高校自主招生改革问题与对策研究

2014年8月,由习近平同志在《中央全面深化改革领导小组第四次会议》上发表重要讲话开始,国家启动考试招生制度改革。本次改革力度巨大,国务院、教育部以及各改革试点省份都发布了相关改革实施办法文件,其中包括"取消文理科","取消录取批次","变革填报志愿方式","变革自主招生安排"等一系列重大变化,对各中学、高校、考生、教育主管部门等相关方都提出了新的变革要求。高校自主招生已经实施了12年,很多考生通过自主招生进入理想高校,社会及考生家长都非常关注。文章将分析本次自主招生改革变化,讨论新形势下,具有学科特长和创新潜质的考生需如何有效参加高校自主招生,进入本人心仪大学和理想专业,最终学有所成。

In August,2014,Xi Jinping delivered an important speech, and from then on the State launched the system reform of College Entrance Examination and Enrollment. It is such a huge reform that the State Council, the Ministry of Education have issued many documents of relevant reform measures. In these documents, many new reform requirements have been put forward to all secondary schools, colleges and universities, candidates, and education authorities. The policy of College Self-enrollment has been implemented for 12 years, which enabled many candidates admitted by their ideal university. This paper will give further analysis of this self-enrollment reform, and provide a new prospective to those candidates with discipline expertise and innovation potential to effectively take part in the self-enrollment and help them to be admitted by their favorite major and university under the new situation.
