高职共青团社会实践育人长效化机制探究

自教育部、团中央等部门近年来相继颁布社会实践育人工作相关文件以来,全国各类高职院校均做了大量有益的探索,也取得了一定的成绩。但从长远发展的角度来看,呈现出内容体系不完善、执行体系不明确、评价体系不实在、保障体系不健全的不足等问题。针对这四个方面,作者提出建立共青团社会实践育人序列化机制,对新形势下提升高职院校共青团社会实践育人成效进行探索、实践。

Since the Ministry of education, the Central Committee and other departments have promulgated documents related to social practice and education in recent years, all kinds of vocational colleges have done a lot of useful exploration, also achieved some results. But from the perspective of long-term development, the result shows that the contents of the system is not perfect, the implementation of the system is not clear, the evaluation system is not real, the security system is not perfect. In view of these four aspects, the author puts forward the establishment of the social practice of serialization mechanism of educationof the Communist Youth League to enhance the social practice of the Communist Youth League in the new situation to explore and practice the effectiveness of education.
