群体周末行为动机特征分析——以南方医科大学为例

本研究对2011级学生两年队列调研的问卷数据进行描述性统计分析。结果显示大学第一年和新入学学生周末活动的时间分配有显著性差异。第一年的大学生周末生活更加丰富与轻松,兼顾了各方面的发展;而新入学的学生则以学业发展为主。该结果提示大学生在不同阶段周末时间结构安排有了明显的改变。文章通过分析南方医科大学生周末生活的行为动机与现状,目的是为大学生的自主生活安排和高校的教育管理政策提出合理建议。

Descriptive statistical analysis is made on the data extracted from a scale survey about the activities participated by the students Southern Medical University entranced in 2011 for two years, and the result shows that there was significant difference between the two years＇ scale constituent ratios. The freshmen have rich and relaxing activities at weekends, while the new students usually study at weekends. And it implies that college students change their activities at the different stages of their college life. Through investigating the motivation of weekend activities of undergraduates in Southern Medical University, we wish to make suggestions to improve the condition of their weekend life quality in all universities.
