高校暂缓就业毕业生党员教育管理的问题与对策

国家实施暂缓就业政策后,在高校毕业生中形成了一个特殊的暂缓就业毕业生党员群体。由于这部分党员分布广泛且流动性强,使得高校党建工作面临着新情况与新挑战。本文在分析暂缓就业党员教育与管理中存在的问题的基础上,提出了加强暂缓就业党员教育与管理的几点对策。

After the national implementation of the suspension of employment policy, there are many graduateparty members applying for the suspension of employment. This part of the party members is widely distributed and strong mobility so that the work of party building in colleges and universities is facing new challenges. On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the education and management of the employment of the party, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the education and management.
