高等教育管理体制改革中政府的职能及定位探讨

随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的逐渐完善与创新,政府在高等教育中也发挥着重要的作用。政府对高等教育的宏观调控,不仅有效地避免市场失灵给高等教育管理体制带来诸多的外部隐患,而且也全方位地促进教育公平公正,提升高校教育教学质量与效率。本论文主要分析并探讨了政府在高等教育管理体制改革中的职能与定位,进而加快政府的职能转变,推动新一轮的高等教育体制改革。

With the improvement and innovation of socialist market economy system, Chinese government plays an important role in regulating higher education. Govermnent intervention in higher education could not only avoid various external dangers due to market failure of higher educational management system hut also comprehensively promote fairness in education, then enhance the quality and efficiency of higher education. The paper mainly analyzes and discusses Chinese government functions and positions in management system reform of higher education, thereby further accelerating transforming the government functions and launching new higher education system reform.
