摘要
文章通过对护理专业就业困难群体影响因素进行分析,进而提出护理专业就业困难毕业生群体的就业指导建议,为做好就业困难群体就业指导工作提供借鉴。
This article tries to analyze influence factors of employment difficulty of nursing majors, then puts forward the advice of employment guidance for nursing majors, providing a reference for employment guidance work on employment difficulty groups.
