思想政治教育引领下大学生就业指导与服务新探

大学生就业是当前我国各高校共同的工作重点。如何建设高质量、高效率的就业指导和服务体系,是全社会共同关心的问题。毕业生就业指导与服务工作的水平与质量直接关系到毕业生能否顺利就业。因此,高校毕业生的就业工作必须在思想政治教育引领下,以科学发展观为指导,以构建社会主义和谐社会为中心,全面贯彻党十八大及十八届三中、四中、五中全会精神,千方百计促进大学生就业。

The employment of college students is the common focus of our colleges and universities at present. How to build a high quality and efficient employment guidance and service system is a common concern of the whole society. The level and quality of the graduates＇ employment guidance and service work is directly related to the employment of graduates. Therefore, the employment of college graduates must be under the guidance of ideological and political education, with the scientific development concept as a guide. In order to build a socialist harmonious society as the center, we must fully implement the spirits of 18th CPC National Congress and The Third, fourth, and Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC and do everything possible to promote the employment of university students.
