以创新实践为导向的电力经济管理人才培养特色研究——以华北电力大学为例

在中国电力体制改革背景下,电力经济管理人才需求将会不断增长。文章从电力经济管理人才培养的角度,对培养理念、培养模式、培养方案、创新实践等方面进行了系统阐述。在凝练特色方面,主要针对经管与工科融合、能源电力类创新创业教育、资源共享建设等方面进行了论述。文章以华北电力大学的教育教学实践为基础,将会对相同教育领域的教育改革提供借鉴作用。

Under the background of China electric power system reform, the demand of electric power economic management personnel will increase continuously.In this paper, in the perspective of talent training, the paper systematically expounds the concept of training, training mode, training program, innovation practice and so on. In concise characteristic, the management and engineering fusion, energy power of innovation and entrepreneurship education, resource sharing construction are discussed in this paper.Based on the practice of education and teach- ing in North China Electric Power University, this paper will provide a reference for the educational reform in the same educational field.
