新形势下高职院校系(部)党建工作的探讨

随着形势变化和职业技术教育迅猛发展,高职院校系部党建工作出现了问题和挑战,如党员思想建设薄弱、榜样示范作用不明显、活动单一以及党员主动性不强等。结合问题分析、探讨,工作应从抓学习强思想,立典型树榜样,主动作为,丰富活动形式来尝试解决系部党建工作中的问题。

With the changes of situation and the rapid development of the vocational and technical education, the problems and challenges appear in party building work of departments in higher vocational college, such as weak thought construction of the party members, unobvious exemplification of the party members, single activity and weak initiative the party members. Combined with the problem analysis and discussion, the work should be based on the study of strong thinking, set a typical example who are active in the activity, trying to solve the problem of the work in departments of party building.
