食物交换份法在肝源性糖尿病饮食指导中的应用

Food Exchange Portion of Law Application in Liver Source Sex Diabetes Diet Guidance

目的探究食物交换份法在肝源性糖尿病饮食指导中的应用价值。方法基于该院自2014年1月—2015年6月期间收治的87例肝源性糖尿病患者的临床资料,根据饮食指导方式的不同,随机的将这87例患者分为观察组(45例)和对照组(42例),给予观察组患者食物交换份法饮食指导,给予对照组常规饮食指导,观察比较两组患者的临床饮食指导效果、并发症发生情况以及患者对临床医疗工作的满意度情况。结果观察组患者的临床饮食指导总有效率80.00%明显的高于对照组69.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率17.78%明显的低于对照组30.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床饮食指导之前,两组患者对临床医疗工作的总评价差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),临床饮食指导之后,观察组患者对临床医疗工作的总评价明显的高于对照组(P<0.05),且与临床饮食指导之前相比,其上升幅度明显的高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在肝源性糖尿病饮食指导中加强食物交换份法的应用,能够有效的降低并发症发生率,提升患者对临床医疗工作的满意度,改善患者的生活质量,值得推荐。

Objective To explore the method of food exchange portion in liver source sex application value in diabetes diet guidance.Methods Based on our hospital from January 2014- June 2014 admitted during the period of the clinical data of87 cases of liver source sex with diabetes,according to the different way of dietary guidance,the 87 patients were randomly divided into observation group（45 cases） and control group（42 cases） and observation group patients＇ diet food exchange portion method guidance,give control group routine diet instruction,compare two groups of patients with the clinical effect of dietary guidance,complications and patient satisfaction situation of clinical medical work.Results The observation group of patients with clinical dietary guidance 80.00%total effective 80.00%obvious higher than control group（P〈0.05）,statistically significant;Observation group of patients with complications 17.78%significantly lower than the control group 30.95%（P〈0.05）,statistically significant;Before clinical dietary guidance,the total evaluation of clinical medical work in both groups had no significant difference（P〈0.05）,do not have statistical significance,clinical guidance,observation group of patients the total evaluation of clinical medical work obviously higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）,and compared with clinical dietary guidance before,its rise significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In liver source sex diabetes diet guidance to strengthen food exchange method of application,can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,improve patient satisfaction of clinical medical work,improve the patient＇s quality of life,is worth to recommend.
