高师院校体育俱乐部运行机制研究——以内江师范学院为例

A Probe into the Sports Club Operational Mechanism in Normal University——A Case Study of the Practice in Neijiang Normal University

以内江师范学院为例,运用多种研究方法,结合高师院校的特点和实际情况,对高师院校体育俱乐部的运行机制进行分析.研究指出:发挥体育专业的资源优势,由体育专业专修学生依托各院系以俱乐部形式组织和指导大学生开展课外体育活动,是建立和健全高师院校体育俱乐部运行机制的重要途径;通过高师院校体育俱乐部的平台作用,有利于体育专业学生学习方式的转变,职业意愿的确立,综合能力的提升,以及课内外一体化实践教学模式的建立,可以作为高师院校体育专业教学改革的借鉴.

A case study is made of Neijiang Normal university by a comprehensive use of various methods and in combination with the characteristics and the college reality,the sports club operational mechanism is subjected to careful examination.The study finds that by full use of the resources in the sports college,it is an important approach to establish and optimize the sports club operational mechanism of normal college and universities,by means of depending on the students majoring in sports to conduct extracurricular sports activities among clubs of non-sports majors.By use of the sports club platform,it is very helpful for the sports majors to shift their learning styles and helps forge their professional orientation and promotes their comprehensive qualities,and also is useful for the establishment of an integrated practice teaching model in and out of the classrooms.It surely can shed light on other teaching reforms in other normal sports colleges and universities.
