综合医院糖尿病住院患者低血糖发生情况分析

Analysis of Hypoglycemia in Patients with Diabetes in General Hospital

目的了解该院糖尿病患者住院期间低血糖发生情况及其相关因素。方法对该院2015年1—11月住院的糖尿病患者低血糖发生情况,按照低血糖发生科室、时段频次严重程度等进行分析。结果 3815例住院糖尿病患者的总血糖监测次数为124653次,其中915人有低血糖发生,占总人数的24%共发生低血糖次数为598次,占所有监测血糖次数的0.47‰低血糖高发发病时段分别为早餐前、中餐前、睡前依次为1.12‰、1.56‰、1.43‰。结论住院糖尿病患者中发生低血糖的比例高,需要引起关注。

Objective To investigate during hypoglycemia and its related factors of of in our hospital.Methods From January to November 2015 hospitalized diabetic patients with hypoglycemia incidence of hospitalized diabetic patients in our hospital,in accordance with hypoglycemia department,time frequency severity were analyzed.Results 3815 patients hospitalized diabetic patients overall blood glucose monitoring frequency for 124653,915 of whom have hypoglycemia,accounting for 24%of the total number of total frequency of hypoglycemia was 598,accounting for all blood glucose monitoring the number of 0.47 per thousand hypoglycemia high incidence period respectively before breakfast,lunch,before going to bed in order to 1.12%,1.56%,1.43 per thousand.Conclusion the incidence of hypoglycemia in hospitalized patients with diabetes is high,which needs to be paid attention to.
