早期护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病妊娠结局的影响

The Effect of Early Nursing Intervention on the Pregnancy Outcome of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨和分析将早期护理应用于妊娠期糖尿病对孕产妇妊娠结局的临床影响情况。方法随机选取该院2013年12月—2015年12月期间,妇产科住院部接收的184例妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇。依据数字表法将孕产妇实施分组护理干预,对照组孕产妇(92例)应用常规护理干预,观察组孕产妇(92例)应用早期护理干预,并统计、对比和分析两组孕产妇的临床护理情况。结果经过临床护理,观察组孕产妇中正常自然分娩率明显高于对照组孕产妇,新生儿并发症率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇的临床诊疗中应用早期护理干预,其症状缓解迅速,临床效果显著,是一种安全有效、理想科学的临床护理方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and analysis of early nursing on pregnancy outcomes in gestational diabetes mellitus on pregnant women.Methods Random selection in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2015,Department of Obstetrics and gynecology hospital received 184 cases of gestational diabetes in pregnant women.On the basis of the digital table method implementation of maternal nursing intervention,the control group of pregnant women（namely：92） conventional nursing intervention,the observation group of pregnant women（92 cases） application of early nursing intervention,and statistics,comparison and analysis of two groups of maternal clinical nursing.Results Through clinical care,maternal normal natural births in the observation group was obviously higher than that of control group in maternal and neonatal complication rate is significantly lower than the control group,there were statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In gestational diabetes in pregnant women Clinical diagnosis and treatment in the application of early nursing intervention,the symptoms of rapid remission,clinical effect is remarkable,is a safe and effective,ideal scientific clinical nursing method.
