摘要
氧气斜吹转炉工艺是有色金属冶炼的一项重要的应用技术,近年来我国有色冶炼企业相继进口了多台氧气斜吹转炉。但是进口氧气斜吹转炉虽然基本满足了生产的要求,但是也存在一些缺点和不足。同时备件进口和维护也带了成本高,困难大的问题。因此,消化吸收进口氧气斜吹转炉技术并进行改进提升研究,实现自主设计,国内加工制造及应用,对装备制造业及国内有色金属产业的发展具有非常大的意义。
the oxygen oblique blowing converter process is one of key application technics in non-ferous industry and numbers of oxygen oblique blowing converters have been imported and utilized in recent years. However, high energy consumption, heavier wear and shorter service life of friction pair, rotating speed getting slower and converting efficiemcy being restricted due to heavier vibration of furnace body at end service life of friction pair, higher maintenance cost of imported spair parts. Therefore, it's neccesary to digest and assimilate the imported Oxygen Oblique Blowing Converters and to conduct modifications and upgrades, and finally to realize designed independently and manufactured in domestic market.
