摘要
介绍了底吹还原熔炼工艺处理废旧铅酸蓄电池铅膏的反应机理及实际运用情况。实践表明,底吹还原熔炼工艺处理废旧铅酸蓄电池铅膏技术具有流程短、渣率低、铅回收率高、脱硫效果好、自动化程度高、投资低等优点,进一步解决了我国再生铅发展中存在的问题,对推动我国再生铅行业的良性发展提供了又一条新的思路。
The reaction mechanism and practical application of bottom-blowing reduction smelting process for paste mud of waste lead storage batteries are introduced in the paper. Practices shows that the process has the advantages of shorter process, low slag rate, high recovery of Pb, highly efficiency of desulphurization, high degree of automation and low investment. It solves the problem of secondary lead in the development process and provides a new way of mentality to promote the development of the secondary lead industry of China.
