摘要
随着工业文明的发展,现阶段,机械加工已经从传统的密集型转化为自动化、绿色加工模式。矿产资源消耗过度、生态环境破坏严重等状况已经引起大众的重视,为了满足绿色环保的新时代主题,绿色机械加工理念被提出,新模式下,资源能源成为重点保护对象,在保证基本生产功能的前提下,加强机械加工方面的控制管理,降低劳动力消耗、能源浪费等状况,提倡生态环保的加工方式。本文针对绿色机械加工技术的应用发展等作出讨论,一方面充分节约矿产资源的过渡开发,另一方面为工业发展提供一定的理论支撑。
With the development of industrial civilization, at this stage, the mechanical processing has been transformed from the traditional intensive into automation, green processing mode. Mineral resources consumption of excessive, the ecological environment destruction serious situation has aroused public attention. In order to meet the new era theme of green, green machining concept was put forward, under the new model, energy resources become focus on the protection of the object, the conditions in the premise of ensuring the basic production function, strengthen the control and management of the mechanical processing, reduce labor consumption, waste of energy and, advocate the processing method of ecological and environmental protection. In this paper, the application and development of green mechanical processing technology to make a discussion, on the one hand, the transition of mineral resources to fully develop, on the other hand, to provide a theoretical support for industrial development.
