一种新型高温合金铸态显微组织和力学性能及合金元素的影响研究

Study on the Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of A New Superalloy

摘要 重点研究了-种新型Ni-11.5Cr-3.8Mo-2.4A1—1.6Nb-0.5Ti-0.05C合金铸态显微组织和力学性能,以及合金元素对其组织和性能的影响。研究发现,该合金的微观组织主要由.y、7’以及碳化物构成。经力学性能测试结果表明,该合金的试验温度提高至650℃时,合金的强度降低、塑性提高,将试验温度提高至760℃时,合金的强塑性均明显降低。此外,当合金元素A1、Mo、Nb和Ti含量分别降低至2.0%、3.0%、1.0%、0.4%时,与原成分合金相比,合金的组织构成没有明显变化,但室温拉伸及650℃和760℃的高温拉伸强度均明显降低,塑性提高约0.5~2.0个百分点。 In this paper, we have investigated the relationship among microstructure, me- chanical properties and alloying elements of Ni-11. 5Cr-3.8Mo-2.4Al-1. 6Nb-0. 5Ti-0.05C alloy. The results shown that the microstructures of the alloy are mainly composed by γ phase, γ' phase and carbides. With increasing temperature to 650℃ in the test, the strength and plasticity of the alloy will be increased. A further increasing temperature up to 760℃, the strength and plasticity of the alloy will be decreased obviously. In addition, as the contents of alloying elements in the alloy like Al, Mo, Nb and Ti are decreased to 2. 0%, 3.0%, 1.0% and 0.4%, correspondingly, the microstructure of the alloy has no obviously changing, but there is a decrease of tensile strength tested at room temperature and the plasticity of the alloy will be increased between 0.5 % and 2.0 % .
