基础设施建设以及投资环境涉及的不确定性是政府或投资者关注的核心问题之一。基于这一出发点,深入剖析PPP项目投资的实物期权特征,在选定投资成本等不确定因素的前提下,结合PPP项目柔性特点,建立基础设施PPP项目模糊实物期权柔性决策模型,并通过实例验证其有效性。
Uncertainty involved in infrastructure construction and the development environment is one of the core problems which government or investors focused on. Based on this point, the paper analyzes the real option characteristics of the PPP project. Combined with PPP project soft characteristic, aiming at uncertain factors of the investment cost and others, establishes the fuzzy real option financial evaluation model of the infrastructure PPP project, and verifies the validity of the method through the case
