我国建筑行业的内在影响因素分析

Analysis of Internal Influence Factors of Chinese Construction Industry

基于PLS路径模型,分析建筑业的内在影响因素,发现生产要素与需求状况是建筑行业的重要影响因素,并且前者比后者更直接地决定建筑行业的水平;通过刻画显变量与隐变量间的关系,发现2010年后建筑业的上升更多地反映在行业劳动力的简单增加上,但这种势头在2014年有了一定缓解;对于分地区对比,湖北和北京的建筑行业在样本期内均有较大的提升,且提升都来自于两地建筑行业本身的生产能力和竞争能力。

The paper studies the internal influence factors of construction industry by using PLS path model, finds that production factors and demand conditions are important influence factors of the construction industry while the former more directly determines the level of construction industry than the latter. The description of relationship between manifest variables and latent variables shows that the improvement of construction industry is a reflection of the simple rise in labor, but this trend has alleviated to a certain extent in 2014. For sub regional comparison, the construction industry in Hubei and Beijing has a greater improvement in the sample period, and this upgrade comes from the production capacity and competitiveness capacity of the construction industry itself
