新常态下我国面临的绝大部分结构性矛盾和问题,不仅仅是全球化周期、固定投资周期的叠加产物,更多是长期以来计划体制和粗放式发展所积累和形成的。要解决这些问题,必须着眼中长期的结构调整,通过供给侧结构性改革,统筹内生变量和外生变量,实现社会生产方式的调整和完善,为中长期持续健康经济增长开拓空间。

Under the new normal,China faces the most structural contradictions and problems.Not only is product of superposition of globalisation cycle and the cycle of the fixed investment,more is accumulate and format in the long planned economic system and the extensive development.To solve these problems,we must focus on the medium and long term structural adjustment,through the supply side structural reform,overall endogenous variables and exogenous variables to achieve the adjustment and improvement of the socialist mode of production,to open up space for the sustained and healthy economic growth in the medium and long term.
