摘要
2015年10月,国务院印发了《关于促进快递业发展的若干意见》,我国快递业应抓住机遇,通过建立健全现代企业制度,大力实施品牌战略,提升企业的服务质量。在日益激烈的快递市场竞争中,快递企业要转变发展思路,通过兼并重组、上市融资等方式健全股权结构、完善治理结构,整合中小企业,优化资源配置,实现强强联合、优势互补,提高与外资快递企业的整体竞争力。
In October 2015,the State Council issued a number of opinions on promoting the development of express delivery industry,China's express delivery industry should seize the opportunity,through the establishment of a sound modern enterprise system,and vigorously implement the brand strategy,enhance the quality of service enterprises.In the increasingly fierce competition in the express market,courier companies to change the development of ideas,through mergers and acquisitions,and other ways to improve the equity structure of listed financing,improve the governance structure,integration of small and medium enterprises,optimize the allocation of resources,to achieve powerful alliances, complementary advantages, improve the overall competitiveness of foreign express delivery companies.
