综合护理干预对精神病合并泛发性湿疹患者的临床疗效评价

Therapeutic evaluation of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with psychosis and universal eczema

目的:探讨综合护理干预应用于精神病合并泛发性湿疹患者的护理效果.方法:选取广东省中山市第三人民医院2014-01/2014-12收治的50例合并泛发性湿疹的精神病患者,将其随机分为对照组(n=25)和实验组(n=25).对照组行常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上,针对患者的个人情况进行综合护理,1个月后对比两组患者湿疹面积和瘙痒程度.结果:1个月后,实验组的湿疹面积好转率高于对照组,瘙痒程度轻于对照组,两组护理效果比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治愈率为84%(21/25),对照组治愈率为64%(16/25),实验组治愈率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:综合护理相比常规护理对精神病合并泛发性湿疹的疗效更佳,值得临床借鉴及应用.

AIM： To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with psychosis and universal eczema. METHODS： A total of 50 cases of patients with psychosis and universal eczema admitted into The Third People＇s Hospital of Zhongshan from January 2014 to December 2014 were chosen as the research objects and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 25 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received comprehensive nursing on the basis of routine nursing according to patients＇ individualized condition. The eczema area and itch degree of two groups one month after treatment were compared. RESULTS： After one month,the improvement rate of eczema area in the experimental group was higher than the control group,and its itch degree was lighter than the control group,with statistically significant difference（ P0.05）; The cure rate of experimental group was 84%（ 21 / 25）,while that of the control group was 64%（ 16 / 25）,with statistically significant difference（ P0.05）. CONCLUSION： The comprehensive nursing intervention shows better effects than routine nursing for patients with psychosis and universal eczema, which is worthy of clinical application.
