中西医结合护理降低老年晚期肺癌患者阿片类药物不良反应观察

Observation of adverse drug reactions in elderly patients with advanced lung cancer reduced by nursing under integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine

目的:探讨老年晚期肺癌患者应用阿片类药物不良反应的护理措施.方法:选取80例采用阿片类药物治疗的老年晚期肺癌患者作为研究对象,观察其用药反应,并对其进行护理.结果:本组80例患者共22例出现药物不良反应,发生率为27.5%.结论:可通过观察和中西医结合护理降低老年晚期肺癌患者应用阿片类药物的不良反应发生率,确保患者疗效.

AIM： To investigate the effect of nursing measures on adverse reaction of opioid drugs for patients with advanced lung cancer.METHODS： A total of 80 cases of elderly patients with advanced lung cancer treated with opioid drugs were selected as study objects. Reaction of opioid drugs were observed,and nursing measures were performed. RESULTS： There＇re 22 adverse reaction cases,and the incidence was 27. 5%. CONCLUSION：The occurrence rate of adverse reaction in elderly patients with advanced lung cancer can be effectively reduced through observation and nursing under integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,so that to ensure the efficacy.
