摘要 对黄顶菊秸秆的化学组分和解剖特性进行了研究,结果表明,黄顶菊秸秆中各组分的质量分数为:灰分7.39%,冷水抽提物25.59%,热水抽提物25.48%,1%NaOH抽提物49.45%,苯醇抽提物0.03%;黄顶菊秸秆构造特征类似于阔叶材,但其射线细胞的组成与木材的木射线细胞不同,木纤维的组织比量为72.13%;黄顶菊秸秆纤维的长度分布范围为0.28-0.88 mm,纤维宽度范围为8.046-26.66μm,长宽比分布范围为22.13-35.66,壁腔比分布范围为0.61-0.99。 The chemical components and anatomical characters of Flaveria bidentis(L) kuntze straw are studied. The results show that the mass of each component in the Flaveria bidentis(L) kuntze straw is as followsash content,7. 39% ; coldwater extract,25.59% ;hot water extract,25.48% ; 1% NaOH extract,49.45% ;benzene - ethanol extract,0.03% ; the structure of Flaveria bidentis(L)kuntze straw is similar to that of broad - leaved trees,but the composition of its ray cells is different from that of wood ray cells of timber,with the wood tissue proportion of wood fiber being 72. 13% ;the length scope of Flaveria bidentis( L) kuntze straw fiber is 0.28 -0. 88 mm,fiber width scope is 8. 046 - 26.66μm,aspect ratio distribution scope is 22.13 -35.66 and cell - wall ratio distribution scope is 0. 61 -0. 99.
