摘要
采用红外光谱与X-射线衍射技术,研究粘胶基蓄热调温纤维与柔丝蛋白纤维的化学结构和结晶结构,并与普通粘胶纤维进行了对比.将2种纤维与羊绒纤维混纺,通过改变3种纤维在混纺织物中的含量,分别设计了A、B 2个系列的混纺织物,测试了混纺织物的保暖性、透气性、透湿性及抗紫外性能,并分析了3种纤维及其在混纺织物中含量对织物热舒适性能的影响.结果表明:蓄热调温纤维与柔丝蛋白纤维的化学组成基本相同,并与普通粘胶纤维相似,但结晶度有所不同;混纺织物中蓄热调温纤维与柔丝蛋白纤维的质量分数均达到30%时,混纺织物具有调温与防紫外功能;当混纺织物中蓄热调温/柔丝蛋白/羊绒3种纤维的质量分数分别为40%、40%、20%时,混纺织物的综合热舒适性能最好.
The chemical constitution and the crystalline structure of the fibers including thermo-regulated fiber and rose protein fiber were studied and compared with ordinary viscose fiber by using infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. These two kinds of fibers were blended with cashmere fiber, and by changing the contents of three kinds of fibers, two series kinds of blended knitting fabrics, A &B, were designed and its warmth retention property, air and moisture permeability and anti-UV properties of the fabrics were tested. The effect of fibers and their content in the blended fabrics on thermal comfort properties of the fabrics were analyzed. The results show that the chemical composition of the thermo-regulated fiber and rose protein fibers are the same and similar to that of ordinary viscose fiber, but the crystallinity is different. When the content of both thermo-regulated and rose protein fibers in the blended fabrics reaches up to 30%, the fabrics will be with functions of temperature regulation and ultraviolet prevention. The comprehensive thermal comfort properties of the blended fabrics is the best with 40% of thermal-regulated, 40% of rose protein and 20%of cashmere.
